Help Make Holiday Magic Happen
Every toy sorted, booth stocked and family welcomed starts with a volunteer like you. Denver Santa Claus Shop relies on hundreds of volunteers each year to bring our mission—“A Toy for Every Girl & Boy!”—to life.
From decorating and setting up the Shop to sorting donations, helping in shopping booths and keeping things running behind the scenes, there are many ways to lend a hand. Every role helps create a welcoming place where families can choose holiday gifts for their children.
Give your time. Share the joy. Help make a child’s holiday brighter.
Explore volunteer opportunities below and find your way to get involved. Thank you!
Volunteer Opportunities
Decorating Day
Bring the family and help bring the Shop to life! Paint and hang posters, put up decorations, and prepare a welcoming space.
Shop Setup & Teardown
Help get the Shop ready—and pack it up afterward. Assemble shelves, set up equipment, manage trash, and unload toys. Some tasks involve heavy lifting.
Pre Shop Sorting
Help us organize all toys ahead of the Shop opening. Includes sorting toys and books by category.
Shop Booths
Help families choose gifts their children will love. Welcome shoppers, show them available toys, and guide their selections. Spanish-speaking volunteers are especially helpful!
Behind the Scenes
Keep gift booths stocked and toys organized. Unpack donations, break down boxes, and bring toys from storage to the booths. Can also include unloading toys from vehicles, sorting donations, and end of shopping day duties like clean up and restocking booth shelves.
Toy Pickups
Help generosity go the extra mile! Use your own vehicle to collect donations across the Denver metro area and deliver them to the Shop. Opportunities may also be available year-round.
Annual Golf Tournament
Support our August fundraiser! Help with registration, activities along the course, silent auction setup, and other event tasks.
