WElcome to The Denver Santa Claus Shop
We are a volunteer, nondenominational nonprofit organization that shares the spirit of Christmas with local children in need – helping nearly 1 million youngsters in our 82-year history. We collect and distribute free toys to children who might not otherwise have a toy to open at Christmas.
Our mission is "A Toy For Every Girl & Boy"
Last year, nearly 17,000 elementary school-aged children received toys from The Shop. We expect to help even more youngsters this year. Families are referred to us by social service agencies, and parents are invited to The Shop to choose toys for their children.
Each Fall, hundreds of volunteers collect toys and donations, and then build a huge temporary toy store – The Denver Santa Claus Shop. The store is stocked with donated toys for our special shoppers for 4 heartwarming days in December.
